Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park have appointed Ravindra Patil as Executive Housekeeper, with Patil taking charge of housekeeping operations across the two properties. The dual-branded complex, comprising 619 keys, has brought Patil into the role as the hotels continue to manage housekeeping requirements across their combined operations.
Patil brings more than a decade of hospitality experience spanning housekeeping, laundry management, team leadership, inventory management and guest services. His career includes experience with Hilton, Accor and Taj, along with senior housekeeping positions across several properties in India.
This leadership change supports Hilton’s growth strategy, reflecting hospitality leadership updates.
To Lead Housekeeping Operations
In his new role, Patil will oversee housekeeping operations across Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park. His responsibilities will cover cleanliness standards, laundry operations, team management, inventory and consumables, as well as initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency.
Managing housekeeping across a dual-branded property requires coordination of service standards and daily operations across both hotel environments. Patil will be responsible for maintaining housekeeping performance while working with teams to ensure operational requirements are addressed consistently.
His remit also includes inventory and consumables management, an important component of housekeeping operations, alongside laundry and team leadership responsibilities.
More Than a Decade of Hospitality Experience
Before joining the Bengaluru properties, Patil served as Executive Housekeeper at DoubleTree by Hilton Panjim. His responsibilities there extended across housekeeping, laundry, recreation and spa operations, giving him experience beyond core room and public-area housekeeping functions.
His earlier career includes senior housekeeping positions with Pullman & Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road, ibis Chennai SIPCOT, ibis Bengaluru Outer Ring Road and Novotel Bengaluru Outer Ring Road.
Across these assignments, Patil has developed experience in housekeeping operations, team management, inventory control and guest service. His career across Hilton and Accor properties has also provided exposure to different hotel operating environments and service standards.
Recognised for Quality and Leadership
Patil has received several recognitions during his hospitality career. In 2025, while at DoubleTree by Hilton Panjim, he was recognised as Quality Assurance Champion and Best Leadership of the Year.
Earlier in his career, he was named Guest Passion Manager of the Year at Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road. He also received recognition as Best Housekeeping Manager of the Year at ibis SIPCOT, along with an Audit Champion award.
The recognitions reflect his involvement in quality assurance, leadership, guest service and operational audit performance across his previous assignments.
Strengthening Operational Standards
At Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, Patil will bring his experience across housekeeping and related hotel operations to a dual-branded complex with 619 keys.
His responsibilities will span cleanliness standards, laundry operations, colleague management, inventory and consumables, while also supporting operational improvement initiatives. The appointment adds an experienced housekeeping leader to the Bengaluru properties as they manage the operational requirements of two hotel brands within the same complex.
