Furtado brings over 20 years of professional experience across hospitality and service-led organisations, with expertise spanning hospitality operations, service delivery, customer experience and operational excellence. His previous associations include Ramee Guestline Hotel and Siesta Hospitality Services.
This move reflects the hospitality sector’s continued expansion, aligning with hotel appointments.In his new role at Millora Corporate Services, Furtado will focus on strengthening service standards, operational processes and guest experience across the company’s growing portfolio.
