Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of Gateway Raipur, a 151-key greenfield hotel in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The signing strengthens IHCL’s presence in Central India and reinforces its strategy of expanding across high-growth business and emerging urban destinations.
The project is being developed in partnership with Kanhaya Lal Agrawal of the KLA Group.

The upcoming Gateway Raipur will feature 151 guest rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, and a bar. The hotel will also offer a fully equipped gym, swimming pool, and spa, catering to both business and leisure travellers.
Designed to support the city’s growing demand for meetings, weddings, and social events, the property will include more than 10,000 sq. ft. of banquet space, along with multiple meeting rooms for conferences and corporate gatherings.

With this signing, IHCL will have four hotels in Raipur, including three under development.
