Background and Experience
Vikas brings more than a decade of experience in hospitality operations. His expertise spans food and beverage management, event operations, and guest experience enhancement. Before joining Marriott, he spent over ten years with Hyatt Regency Chandigarh. He held several leadership positions there, including his most recent role as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.

Operational Expertise
At Hyatt Regency Chandigarh, Vikas managed banquet operations and F&B services for large events. His responsibilities included weddings, corporate gatherings, and premium launches. He led teams across high-demand venues and worked on maintaining service consistency during large-scale functions.

Role at Marriott
In his new position, Vikas will oversee the food and beverage function across Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. His experience in high-volume hospitality environments will support the hotels’ ongoing efforts to strengthen service quality and event delivery.
