Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott Outer Ring Road, Bengaluru, have appointed Manik Kalsotra as Multi-Property Director of Sales. In this role, he will lead sales and marketing efforts for both hotels with a clear focus on client engagement, revenue growth, and business development.
Manik brings more than 13 years of experience in hospitality sales and business development. His career includes leadership roles with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and Radisson Hotel Group. He has worked across competitive analysis, business intelligence, customer relationship management, and strategic partnerships.

In his new position, Manik will guide sales planning, oversee marketing operations, and support market expansion for both properties. His responsibilities include executing sales strategies, building long-term commercial relationships, and strengthening the hotels’ presence across key segments.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing badminton, travelling, and following business trends. His interests and professional background reflect a balanced approach to leadership and market understanding.
