The Fern Hotels & Resorts has signed its newest property in Jaipur, marking the brand’s fifth hotel in the Pink City and expanding its presence in Rajasthan to 17 properties, both operational and under development.
The forthcoming property, The Fern Habitat, Jaipur, will be located in Jagatpura’s Central Spine—a rapidly growing business and residential corridor on the city’s eastern edge. The apart’otel will feature 175 keys, including studio suites, 1‑, 2‑ and 3‑BHK units alongside standard guest rooms, blending apartment-style living with hotel-grade amenities. The property is intended to serve both leisure and business travelers, including families, long-stay guests, and corporate visitors seeking flexibility and independence.
The apart’otel will offer a range of amenities including multi-cuisine food and beverage outlets, banquet and meeting spaces, wellness facilities, and eco-conscious infrastructure aligned with The Fern’s sustainability ethos. The location enjoys close proximity to Jaipur International Airport, major corporate zones, and key attractions.
Suhail Kannampilly, managing director of The Fern Hotels & Resorts, said, “The signing of The Fern Habitat, Jaipur is in line with our vision of delivering thoughtfully designed experiences in key destinations across India. Jaipur, with its historical charm and expanding economic activity, is a strategic destination in our portfolio. This property reaffirms our commitment to offering sustainable and high-quality hospitality across the country.”
This signing also aligns with Manglam Group’s mixed-use development “Pinkwalk”, where a 200+ key serviced apart’otel is being developed under the Fern Habitat brand. The apart’otel forms part of Manglam’s ₹150 crore hospitality segment within a larger ₹1,000 crore investment plan to launch multiple premium hotel projects across Rajasthan and Goa.
The development reflects The Fern’s broader strategy of deepening its eco-sensitive, mid‑market footprint while partnering with real estate firms to deliver operationally efficient, sustainable hospitality experiences in emerging Indian urban corridors.
