Raffles Udaipur has appointed Ankit Kumar as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, further strengthening its food and beverage leadership as the luxury resort continues to elevate its culinary and beverage experiences.
With over seven years of experience in luxury hospitality, Ankit brings extensive expertise in food and beverage operations, beverage strategy, guest experience, and luxury service standards.

In his new role, Ankit will support the strategic and day-to-day leadership of the resort’s food and beverage division. His responsibilities include enhancing service excellence, driving innovation, and elevating guest experiences across the resort’s restaurants, bars, and dining venues.
His appointment reflects Raffles Udaipur’s continued focus on delivering world-class hospitality and curated luxury experiences.
Luxury Hospitality Experience
Prior to joining Raffles Udaipur, Ankit served as Beverage Manager at The St. Regis Goa Resort, where he led the resort’s beverage operations and developed bespoke beverage programmes aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning.
Earlier, he was part of the pre-opening team at The Leela Hyderabad, contributing to the development of the hotel’s beverage concepts and service standards during its launch phase.
His career also includes experience with The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, and IHG Hotels & Resorts, where he gained expertise across luxury restaurants, bars, and resort operations.
Beverage Expertise
Ankit holds WSET Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 certifications in Spirits, reflecting his strong technical knowledge of global spirits, beverage craftsmanship, and contemporary cocktail culture.
Known for his guest-centric approach and operational excellence, he has consistently focused on creating memorable dining and beverage experiences while maintaining high service standards.
