K.L. Ramakrishnan will oversee engineering operations at Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway. K.L. Ramakrishnan will be responsible for plant and machinery maintenance, energy management, safety systems, and infrastructure efficiency.
The role includes ensuring operational continuity across technical functions while maintaining service standards and guest comfort.
K.L. Ramakrishnan brings more than 14 years of experience in hospitality engineering. K.L. Ramakrishnan has developed expertise in technical operations, project execution, and sustainability-focused initiatives.
His experience includes managing complex engineering systems and operational processes within luxury hotel environments.

Experience Across Leading Hospitality Brands
Prior to this appointment, K.L. Ramakrishnan served as Director of Engineering at Taj Skyline Ahmedabad. K.L. Ramakrishnan has also worked with Marriott International, Accor Hotels, The Leela Hotels & Resorts, and The Lalit.
K.L. Ramakrishnan has managed multi-property engineering operations at Courtyard by Marriott and Fairfield by Marriott, Outer Ring Road, Bengaluru.
K.L. Ramakrishnan’s Expertise in Technical and Sustainability Initiatives
K.L. Ramakrishnan has led projects including plant upgrades, energy optimisation, and restoration of engineering systems. K.L. Ramakrishnan’s expertise includes HVAC systems, fire and life safety, water treatment, and preventive maintenance.
His approach includes a focus on sustainability practices such as energy conservation and resource efficiency.
