Bringing over a decade of experience with ITC Hotels, Lobo has built a career spanning hotel operations and learning and development, making him well positioned to lead employee capability-building initiatives at the luxury property.

As Learning and Development Manager, Arnold Lobo will spearhead training and development programmes across ITC Windsor, with a focus on enhancing employee capabilities, leadership development, and workplace engagement.
His responsibilities include designing and implementing structured learning interventions, supporting leadership development, driving employee engagement initiatives, and strengthening workforce capabilities in line with the hotel’s operational objectives.
More Than a Decade with ITC Hotels
Arnold Lobo brings over 10 years of experience with ITC Hotels, having developed expertise across hotel operations, quality management, service excellence, and talent development.
He began his hospitality journey in housekeeping operations, where he gained valuable experience in service delivery, quality management, and team leadership before transitioning into learning and development.
To strengthen his expertise, Arnold completed the Career Enhancement Program in Learning and Development at the ITC Hospitality Management Institute. Throughout his tenure, he has contributed to training and capability-building initiatives across several flagship ITC properties, including ITC Maratha, ITC Mughal, ITC Gardenia, and ITC Kakatiya, helping develop talent and strengthen organisational learning.
