Chef Nagaraju brings more than 13 years of culinary experience, built across luxury hotels and resorts in India and overseas. His professional journey includes assignments at The Ritz-Carlton Doha, Baraza Resort & Spa Zanzibar, Marriott Doha, and The Leela Mumbai.
These roles provided him with exposure to fine dining restaurants, high-volume banqueting, and premium à la carte operations, shaping a well-rounded operational and creative skill set.
