IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Circle View Estate Private Ltd to develop voco Udaipur, marking another milestone in the brand’s expansion in India. Scheduled to open in Q1 2029, the 140-key hotel will further strengthen IHG’s premium portfolio in one of India’s leading leisure and wedding destinations.

Located on the foothills of the Aravalli Hills overlooking the city, voco Udaipur will offer a premium hospitality experience in a destination renowned for its heritage, culture, luxury tourism, and vibrant weddings and events market.
The hotel will feature 140 guestrooms and suites, two dining venues including an all-day dining restaurant and a bar, extensive meeting and event facilities, a swimming pool, fitness centre, and spa. Designed to cater to both leisure and business travellers, the property aims to deliver voco’s distinctive premium guest experience.
