Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has announced the opening of Gateway Dehradun, marking the debut of the Gateway brand in the capital city of Dehradun. The launch expands IHCL’s footprint in Uttarakhand as the city strengthens its position as a leisure and business destination.

100-Key Hotel Introduces Dining, Wellness and Event Facilities
Located in the valley, the 100-key property offers views of surrounding green landscapes. The hotel houses The Pavillion, an indoor all-day dining restaurant serving Indian, Continental and Asian cuisine, and Aanch, a specialty North Indian restaurant inspired by the kitchens of the North-West Frontier.
Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, spa and wellness centre, and versatile event venues. The property features what is described as the city’s largest banquet hall, positioning it for conferences, weddings and social events.
The hotel also offers curated dining experiences, including an Uttarakhandi Pahadi Thali, Tibetan specialties, and regional sweets such as Bal Mithai and Singori, along with bespoke private dining options.
