Rosetta Hospitality has appointed Sundeep Shenava as Group Vice President of Human Capital, strengthening its leadership team as the organisation continues to develop its people and organisational capabilities.
Based in Bengaluru, Sundeep brings more than three decades of experience in human capital leadership across hospitality, real estate and allied industries. His career includes senior positions with Royal Orchid Hotels, Mantri Developers and MRG Hospitality, along with earlier experience with The Taj and Oberoi groups.
To Lead Group Human Capital Strategy
In his new role, Sundeep will lead Rosetta Hospitality’s Human Capital function, with responsibility for talent acquisition, payroll governance, performance management and employee lifecycle management.
His mandate will also cover incentive and reward frameworks and organisational capability building. While his primary focus will be Rosetta Hospitality, he will extend strategic Human Capital leadership across the group’s real estate vertical, Ferns Estates and Developers.
Brings More Than Three Decades of Human Capital Experience
Sundeep brings over 30 years of experience across human resources and organisational leadership.
His career has included senior positions with Royal Orchid Hotels, Mantri Developers and MRG Hospitality, following earlier associations with The Taj and Oberoi groups.
His experience spans hospitality, real estate and allied sectors, giving him exposure to different organisational structures and people management environments.
Experience Across Leading Hospitality Groups
A significant part of Sundeep’s career was spent with The Leela, where he led the Human Resources team at The Leela Palace Bengaluru.
He also played an instrumental role in establishing Human Capital frameworks for The Leela’s properties in Kovalam, Udaipur and Chennai. These assignments provided experience in building people systems and supporting organisational development across multiple properties.
Sundeep is a law graduate and holds professional qualifications in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations and Training & Development.
Focus on Talent and Organisational Capability
At Rosetta Hospitality, Sundeep will oversee key Human Capital functions covering recruitment, performance management, employee development, rewards and organisational capability.
His role will also involve developing scalable people practices and strengthening frameworks that support the organisation’s expansion across its hospitality and allied businesses.
