Amber – A Unit of Sayaji has opened in Chinar Fortune City, Bhopal, marking a new addition to the Sayaji portfolio in Madhya Pradesh. Located near Vidya Nagar Phase 2, Bawadiya Kalan, the hotel is positioned to serve business travellers, leisure guests and small-format social gatherings in the state capital.
The opening strengthens Sayaji’s presence in its home state while introducing a contemporary hospitality format within a growing urban neighbourhood of Bhopal.
Contemporary Stay Offering in the “City of Lakes”
Bhopal, widely recognised as the “City of Lakes,” continues to attract visitors with its blend of heritage landmarks and expanding commercial infrastructure. The city provides access to UNESCO World Heritage sites such as Bhimbetka and Sanchi, alongside its cultural legacy associated with Raja Bhoj.
Amber – A Unit of Sayaji features 22 rooms, including 20 Superior Rooms measuring 280 sq. ft. each and two Family Rooms spanning 552 sq. ft. The accommodation mix is designed to cater to solo travellers, couples and families seeking compact yet functional stays.

Dining and Event Infrastructure at the Property
The hotel’s dining outlet, Cafene, offers a breakfast buffet and an à la carte menu. The restaurant has a total capacity of 52 covers, with 34 indoor seats and 18 al fresco. The dining concept is positioned for breakfast meetings, casual lunches and relaxed dinners.
Amber – A Unit of Sayaji also includes event spaces tailored for weddings, corporate meetings and social functions. Aurum, the indoor banquet hall, spans 2,736 sq. ft. and accommodates up to 150 guests in theatre style. Alternative configurations include classroom seating for up to 60 guests and cluster seating for up to 80.
For larger gatherings, Vatika Lawn covers 24,850 sq. ft. and can host up to 1,000 guests, with mid-sized cluster formats available for up to 500 attendees.
