Manali Gupta brings over 18 years of hospitality experience across luxury hotel operations, guest experience, and leadership management. In her new role, Manali Gupta will oversee the strategic and operational functions of both hotels, with responsibility for operational alignment, guest service delivery, and market positioning.

The Cluster General Manager role remains central to multi-property hospitality leadership, with responsibility for operational performance, business strategy, guest experience, team management, and commercial positioning across multiple hotels. At Grand Mercure Mysore and ibis Styles Mysuru, Manali Gupta will lead strategic and operational initiatives across both properties.
Manali Gupta Brings Over 18 Years of Hospitality Experience
Manali Gupta began her hospitality career with The Leela through its Management Training Program, following her industrial training with the brand.
Over the course of her career, she has held leadership roles across hospitality groups including Marriott International, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Accor, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Her professional journey also includes an international assignment with an Accor property in Dubai.
Prior to this appointment, Manali Gupta was associated with Raffles Udaipur as Director of Operations, where she focused on hotel operations, service delivery, team leadership, and business performance.
Her hospitality experience includes a strong focus on Rooms Division and overall operational leadership. In 2022, she received a Hotelier Award during her tenure as Director of Rooms in recognition of her contribution to hotel operations and guest service.
