Tivoli Hospitality Group has expanded Omnia Convention by Tivoli in Gurugram, adding 112 rooms and expanding its event infrastructure to cater to the growing demand for large weddings and MICE programmes in the Badshahpur-Bhondsi catchment. The property, which previously had 40 rooms and two banquet venues, now offers 152 rooms, four banquet venues, four lawns, two poolside venues, six Suites and a second dining destination.
The expansion gives Omnia greater capacity to accommodate weddings, social celebrations, conferences, corporate offsites and residential MICE programmes within a single property. It also strengthens Tivoli Hospitality Group’s presence in the wider Gurugram market, particularly in a catchment where large integrated hospitality venues remain relatively limited.

Accommodation Capacity Doubles
The expansion adds 106 Executive Rooms, each measuring 300 sq. ft., along with six Suites featuring attached living rooms. The existing 40 rooms are also 300 sq. ft. and are available in King and Twin configurations.
With the addition of the new inventory, Omnia has moved from a 40-room property to a 152-key destination. The expanded accommodation is designed to support larger wedding groups and residential MICE programmes, allowing events and stays to be accommodated within the same property.
Akshay Gupta, Executive Director, Tivoli Hospitality Group, said,
“This expansion marks an important step in our Gurugram journey. We have taken Omnia from a 40-room, two-banquet property to a 152-key destination with four banquet venues and two poolside spaces. The objective is to offer the scale and flexibility required for larger weddings, social celebrations, conferences, corporate offsites and residential MICE programmes.”
Two New Banquet Venues
Omnia’s event infrastructure has also been expanded with the addition of Grand Ballroom II and Omnia Lumina – Glass House.
Grand Ballroom II offers 11,000 sq. ft. of indoor space along with an attached lawn and can accommodate up to 400 guests. Omnia Lumina – Glass House provides 7,000 sq. ft. of indoor space with an attached lawn and capacity for up to 250 guests.
Both venues are intended for weddings, social celebrations, conferences, corporate events, networking functions and cocktail events, adding different formats to the property’s existing event offering.
The existing Grand Ballroom (GBR) and Not The Banquet (NTB) each provide 16,000 sq. ft. of indoor space and a 16,000 sq. ft. attached lawn, with capacities ranging from 300 to 1,500 guests.
Overall, the property now has four banquet venues supported by four lawns, including two new lawns measuring 12,000 sq. ft. each. This gives the venue greater flexibility to host events of different sizes and formats.
“The addition of two new banquet venues gives us four distinct formats, supported by four lawns, allowing us to cater to different scales and styles of weddings as well as conferences, conventions and corporate gatherings. Grand Ballroom II offers a more substantial format, while Glass House brings a contemporary, social character to the mix,”
Gupta said.

Expanded Poolside and Dining Options
The poolside offering has also grown with the addition of Aqua by the Pool, taking the total number of poolside venues to two alongside the existing Aria by the Pool.
Aqua by the Pool is designed for corporate mixers, networking events, cocktails and intimate social and pre-wedding celebrations, giving event planners another format for smaller gatherings and functions.
Dining capacity has been expanded with the addition of The Pavilion – Coffee House, a 150-plus-seater outlet offering Indian, Asian and international cuisines. It complements Emerald Restaurant, the existing 100-plus-seater restaurant serving Indian, Chinese, Italian and Japanese cuisine.
The addition of a second dining destination further broadens the property’s ability to cater to groups staying or attending events at the hotel, while providing an additional venue for dining-led requirements.

Focus on Gurugram Wedding and MICE Demand
According to Tivoli Hospitality Group, the expansion responds to increasing demand for large-scale wedding celebrations and MICE programmes in the Badshahpur-Bhondsi area. The catchment has been developing rapidly, while integrated venues combining accommodation, banqueting, lawns, poolside spaces and dining remain relatively limited.
Gupta said,
“The Badshahpur-Bhondsi belt has been developing rapidly, but there is still a gap when it comes to large-scale venues that can bring together accommodation, banqueting, lawns, poolside experiences and dining under one roof. With this expansion, we are addressing that gap and creating greater capacity for the wedding and MICE business coming into this part of Gurugram.”
The expanded property is positioned to accommodate larger wedding groups and MICE programmes while allowing guests to access accommodation, events, dining and leisure facilities within one destination.
Strengthening Tivoli’s Gurugram Presence
With the latest expansion, Omnia Convention by Tivoli has increased its room inventory from 40 to 152 keys, doubled its banquet venues from two to four and expanded its poolside offering from one to two venues. The property has also added four banquet lawns, six Suites and a second dining destination.
The enlarged inventory gives Tivoli Hospitality Group greater capacity to compete for wedding, social and corporate business in the Badshahpur-Bhondsi and wider Gurugram market. By combining accommodation and multiple event formats within one property, Omnia is positioned to handle a broader range of multi-day celebrations and MICE programmes.
Gupta said,
“The expanded Omnia allows us to cater to larger wedding groups and MICE programmes while offering guests accommodation, celebrations, dining and leisure experiences within one property.”
