Kumar brings more than 24 years of hospitality experience, having worked with established brands such as The Claridges, IHG and ITC. His background spans Food & Beverage leadership, hotel operations and guest service management.

Alongside operations, Kumar has handled sales management, brand standard implementation and team leadership across diverse hotel formats. His experience positions him well to balance service delivery with commercial performance.
