Royal Orchid Hotels, through its subsidiary Regenta Hotels Private Limited, has launched Regenta Magnus, Pune, expanding the Group’s presence in Maharashtra. Located in Viman Nagar, the property is positioned to serve both business and leisure travellers visiting one of Pune’s established commercial and travel corridors.
The hotel currently features 66 rooms and suites, supported by multiple dining, leisure and event facilities. With a further 39 rooms scheduled to be added by December 2026, the property is expected to reach a total inventory of 105 keys.

The current accommodation inventory comprises 62 Club Rooms, each measuring 380 sq. ft., and four Executive Suites spanning 750 sq. ft. The planned addition of 39 rooms will take the hotel’s total inventory to 105 keys by the end of December 2026.
The property is designed around the requirements of both corporate and leisure guests, with facilities including high-speed Wi-Fi, dedicated workspaces and 24-hour amenities. Its location in Viman Nagar also provides access to airport and metro connectivity.
Dining Options and Rooftop Pool
Regenta Magnus offers multiple food and beverage venues catering to different occasions. Mellan – Dining serves global flavours alongside regional favourites, while Cocobrisa – All Day Café, Kitchen & Bar provides an all-day dining and social space.
The hotel also features a rooftop infinity swimming pool offering panoramic views of the city. The leisure facility adds a recreational element to the property while complementing its accommodation and dining offerings.
Banquet Spaces for Business and Social Events
The hotel’s event infrastructure includes Magnova I, II and III, a set of banquet halls with a combined theatre-style capacity of up to 192 guests.
The spaces are intended to support meetings and smaller business and social gatherings, adding an events component to the hotel’s positioning in the Viman Nagar market.
