A Strategic Addition in Madhapur
Suba Hotels Limited has signed a new property under the Click Hotels brand in Hyderabad, Telangana. This marks the group’s fourth property in the city, reinforcing its presence in one of South India’s most active hospitality markets. The new hotel will be located in Madhapur and will join the existing Click Hotels property in Shamshabad.

Leadership on the Signing

Strengthening the Group’s Southern Network
Suba Hotels also operates properties under the Quality Inn and Clarion brands. The contract for the new hotel was signed by Mansur Mehta, Managing Director of the group, and Madhusudhan Reddy, Director of Omna Constructions.

The group currently has operational hotels in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kochi, Kaikaluru, Kumbakonam, Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam.

Click Hotel Madhapur to Open in 2026
The upcoming Click Hotel Madhapur is scheduled to open in July 2026. It will feature one hundred and thirty-two rooms and suites. The hotel will include a coffee shop, a gym, a spa, meeting rooms and banquet facilities. Its location near HITEC City Mindspace makes it suitable for business travellers and guests requiring simple access to Hyderabad’s commercial hubs.
