Two decades of experience across global hotel brands
Sandesh Parab brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a career spanning some of the world’s most respected hotel companies. His professional journey includes leadership roles with Hyatt Hotels, Hilton International, and Marriott International, where he developed strong expertise in hotel operations, guest experience, revenue management, and people leadership.
His exposure to diverse markets and operating models has shaped a leadership style rooted in service excellence, attention to detail, and collaborative team management.

Strong operational grounding in rooms and guest experience
Before joining Holiday Inn Express Hyderabad Banjara Hills, Sandesh served as Director of Rooms at Hyatt Pune. In addition to overseeing rooms operations, he also acted as the Upsell Champion for Hyatt Hotels across South and Central India, contributing to revenue optimisation and enhanced guest engagement strategies.
Earlier in his career, he held key leadership positions at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport, Hilton Mumbai International Airport, Hyatt Regency Mumbai, and at Hilton properties in the United Kingdom. These roles strengthened his capability to manage high-volume operations while maintaining brand standards and service quality.
Academic background and leadership approach
Sandesh holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Management from Ealing, Hammersmith and West London College in the United Kingdom, along with a Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Rizvi College of Hotel Management, Mumbai. His academic foundation complements his practical experience, enabling a balanced approach to operations, people development, and guest satisfaction.
Outside of work, he enjoys travelling and sports, interests that reflect his appreciation for exploration, teamwork, and balance.
