Radisson Hotel Group has announced the appointment of Sakshi Sehdev Dogra as Director Area Marketing & Communications – South Asia, a move that further sharpens the Group’s leadership capabilities as it scales its footprint across the region.

In her new role, Sakshi will lead the integrated marketing and communications agenda for Radisson Hotel Group across South Asia. Her responsibilities span brand storytelling, digital and performance marketing, public relations, loyalty initiatives, and close alignment with owners to deliver measurable commercial outcomes. The mandate reflects the Group’s focus on cohesive brand narratives backed by data-led execution as expansion accelerates across diverse markets.

Two Decades of Multi-Brand, Multi-Market Experience
Sakshi brings over 20 years of experience across hospitality sales, marketing, and brand communications, with a career shaped by regional and multi-brand leadership roles in India and Eurasia. Prior to joining Radisson Hotel Group, she served as Head of Sales & Marketing – Eurasia at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, where she led performance-driven initiatives across a portfolio of more than 78 hotels. Her work there included destination wedding strategies, brand-led storytelling, and growth programmes anchored in analytics and market insight.
Her earlier leadership stints include senior roles at Best Western Hotels & Resorts and The Lalit Hotels, alongside foundational experience with Marriott Hotels India. This breadth has given her deep exposure to B2B strategy, MICE, national accounts, and owner-facing commercial frameworks across varied hospitality formats.
