Ridhima Nagpal has been named Marketing and Communications Manager at Hyatt Regency Chennai, bringing over eight years of expertise spanning hospitality, advertising, and brand communications. Her appointment was announced by the hotel on July 25, 2025.
Nagpal’s most recent assignment was at Hyatt Centric, MG Road Bangalore, where she led the marketing and communications function. There she managed cross-functional teams, including photographers, agencies, and influencers. She was responsible for end‑to‑end PR campaigns, revenue-generation events, creation of digital content and optimization of OTA presence. Her strategic contributions substantially improved the property’s digital visibility and guest engagement metrics.
Earlier in her career, Nagpal worked as a Social Media Manager and Planner at People Design & Communication, as well as contributing to brand amplification for mental health platforms such as Diskuss and Benefits through roles at ROH Inc. Her work in digital strategy, SEO, content management and client servicing helped shape her integrated skill set in storytelling and campaign execution.

In this role, Nagpal will lead all marketing and communication efforts at Hyatt Regency Chennai. Her responsibilities will include brand positioning, managing digital platforms, media relations, and driving PR initiatives and strategic events to enhance the hotel’s market presence.
