Rajani Aiyappa’s professional journey reflects a deep background in HR management, employee engagement and operational alignment. Her most recent role was as Human Resources Manager at Four Points by Sheraton, Bengaluru, where she strengthened HR operations and supported employee-focused initiatives that improved team culture and performance. Her work contributed to smoother processes, clearer communication channels and sharper alignment between leadership and staff.
Early Career Foundation and Sector Transition
She began her HR career at Manipal Hospitals, gaining experience in a high-compliance and people-intensive setting. This foundation later supported her transition to Berggruen Hotels, where she advanced to Team Leader – Human Resources. In this role, she oversaw recruitment, payroll management, statutory compliance, core HR operations and engagement programmes. Her ability to adapt across sectors and expand her functional responsibilities shaped her people-centric leadership style.
