Raffles Jaipur marked International Women’s Day 2026 by hosting “The Queen Within,” a curated dialogue celebrating women’s leadership and personal journeys, at the hotel’s Writer’s Bar. The event brought together women from hospitality, luxury retail and fashion to discuss leadership, creativity and personal growth.
The gathering formed part of the hotel’s initiatives to create platforms for thoughtful conversations and cultural engagement.

Dialogue highlights leadership journeys
The evening featured a moderated conversation led by Ainee Nizami Ahmedi, Editorial Director of ELLE India and ELLE Gourmet India.
Joining the discussion were Jui Sharma, Chief Operating Officer of Triton Hotels & Resorts; Gayatri Jolly Aggarwal, Chief Executive Officer of Archana Aggarwal Timeless Jewellery; and Nitya Bajaj, Founder and Designer of Label Nitya Bajaj.
The speakers represented diverse industries including hospitality, luxury retail and fashion, sharing insights from their professional journeys and experiences.
Discussion focused on resilience and personal growth
Rather than following a traditional panel format, The Queen Within was designed as an open conversation, allowing the speakers to share personal reflections alongside professional milestones.
The discussion explored themes including resilience, reinvention, leadership and the evolving definition of success.
The format also allowed attendees, including entrepreneurs, creators and members of the media, to hear personal perspectives behind the speakers’ achievements.
