Role and responsibilities
Prasad Metrani will oversee food and beverage operations across both properties. His scope includes restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining. Prasad Metrani will be responsible for operational alignment, team performance, and service delivery across all F&B functions.

Prasad Metrani brings close to two decades of experience in hospitality. Prasad Metrani has been part of Fairmont Mumbai’s journey from pre-opening to launch and has contributed to building its culinary framework.
