The St. Regis Mumbai has announced the appointment of Shri Raj Goswami as Director of Food & Beverage for Penthouse Mumbai, effective November 2025. With more than twelve years of experience across global luxury hotels, he brings sharp operational focus, international exposure, and a clear understanding of contemporary dining expectations.
Experience Across Global Luxury Brands
In his new role, Shri Raj will guide the F&B vision for Penthouse Mumbai, shaping its culinary direction and strengthening its position as one of the city’s most exclusive destinations. He previously served as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, where he led signature dining venues and large-format banquets while refining guest engagement across multiple outlets. His portfolio includes time as Director of Restaurants, Bars & Banquets, reflecting his command of diverse service environments.
His global assignments with Four Seasons Hotels in the Maldives and Bahrain exposed him to sophisticated dining programs and multicultural team operations. Earlier, he built a foundation at The Oberoi Hotels in Agra, where his work contributed to personalized service standards.

Speaking on his appointment, Shri Raj said,
