With over 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Vishwesh brings extensive expertise in food and beverage operations, team leadership, guest experience, and commercial performance.

In his new role, Vishwesh will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage operations, including its restaurants, bars, and banquet offerings. His responsibilities will include enhancing dining experiences, driving operational excellence, supporting commercial performance, and leading guest-focused initiatives across the property’s culinary portfolio.
His appointment reflects Park Hyatt Chennai’s continued focus on strengthening its food and beverage function.
Extensive Luxury Hospitality Experience
Prior to joining Park Hyatt Chennai, Vishwesh was associated with JW Marriott Maldives Kaafu Atoll Island Resort, where he played a key role in the pre-opening and development of the resort’s food and beverage operations, including multiple dining venues.
Earlier in his career, he held positions at Mulberry Shades – A Tribute Portfolio Resort, The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, JW Marriott, and The Taj Mahal Palace, gaining extensive experience in luxury dining concepts, operational excellence, and guest service.
