Novotel Goa Candolim and Novotel Goa Resort & Spa have announced the appointment of Rebecca Rodrigues as Associate Director of People & Culture.
Rebecca Rodrigues brings over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in talent management, hotel pre-openings, organisational development, and employee engagement.

Rebecca began her hospitality career with Country Inn & Suites by Carlson before joining Hyatt Hotels, where she was part of the opening teams for Hyatt Centric Goa Candolim and Hyatt Place Goa. She later joined Hilton Goa Resort, progressing into a cluster role and leading the pre-opening of Hilton Garden Inn Goa Calangute while managing people strategy across multiple properties.
To Lead People & Culture Across Both Properties
In her new role, Rebecca will oversee the People & Culture function for both Novotel Goa properties. She will be responsible for talent development, employee engagement, training initiatives, and supporting organisational objectives through people-focused strategies.
