Kajol Master takes on the role of Assistant Front Office Manager. She brings more than eight years of experience in guest relations and front office operations. Her career includes roles at Pullman Chennai Anna Salai, Novotel New Delhi Aerocity and Ibis Pune. Kajol has consistently delivered strong results by improving guest satisfaction scores and refining operational processes. At Novotel Ahmedabad, she will focus on improving arrival experiences, check in efficiency and overall guest interaction at key touch points.

Leadership Role: Tarang Tolani – Assistant Learning and Development Manager
Tarang Tolani has been appointed Assistant Learning and Development Manager. Tarang believes that a motivated team directly improves guest experience. At Novotel Ahmedabad, she will create development programs that build confident teams and encourage internal growth.

Sabnam Ali joins as Senior Sales Manager. Her experience includes commercial roles at Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli and Radisson Hotel Group. Sabnam is known for her strong client relationships and her ability to convert leads into repeat business. She will drive new business, strengthen corporate partnerships and focus on high growth market segments.
