Novotel Pune Nagar Road and Novotel Imagica Khopoli have announced the appointment of Kinshuk Srivastava as the Cluster Director of Revenue, where he will oversee revenue strategy and performance for both properties.
Kinshuk brings over a decade of experience in revenue management and hotel operations, with a strong background in forecasting, competitive benchmarking, data analytics, and yield management. In this role, he will focus on driving strategic revenue growth and optimizing business performance across the cluster.
Previously, he served as Cluster Revenue Manager at Hyatt Pune and Hyatt Place Pune. Over the years, Kinshuk has held pivotal roles with leading hospitality brands, including Novotel Ahmedabad, Hyatt Place Hyderabad, Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights, The Leela Ambience Gurugram, Le Meridien Jaipur, and Vivanta by Taj – Surajkund.

An alumnus of IHM Meerut, Kinshuk is also Tableau Desktop Qualified and holds certifications in data science foundations, reflecting his analytical and data-driven approach to business strategy. His leadership is expected to play a key role in strengthening the commercial positioning of both Novotel Pune Nagar Road and Novotel Imagica Khopoli.
