Monika brings extensive expertise in wellness operations, multi-property spa management, team leadership, revenue optimisation, and guest experience.
Prior to joining Mulberry Shades Bengaluru Nandi Hills, she served as Cluster Spa Manager at Respa Residency Tower, Puducherry, where she managed multiple wellness facilities, led strategic business planning and budgeting, and strengthened operational frameworks.
Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for developing high-performing teams, driving business growth, and delivering premium wellness experiences within the hospitality sector.
