Minor Hotels has appointed Manish Jha as General Manager of Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel, bringing extensive luxury hospitality leadership experience to the property.
Manish Jha joins the role with more than two decades of experience across luxury hotels and resorts, having held senior leadership positions within the Minor Hotels portfolio across multiple international destinations.

Over the course of his career, Manish Jha has worked across several prominent properties under the Minor Hotels umbrella, building expertise in hotel operations, guest experience, business performance, and luxury hospitality management.
His professional journey includes leadership roles at Anantara Dhigu Maldives Resort, Anantara Veli Maldives Resort, Naladhu Maldives, Anantara Bophut Koh Samui Resort, Avani Seychelles Barbarons Resort & Spa, Anantara Hua Hin Resort, and Avani+ Hua Hin Resort.
Most recently, he served as General Manager of NH Collection Dubai The Palm, where he played a key role in the launch and operational management of the property.

In his new role as General Manager, Manish Jha will oversee all aspects of hotel operations at Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel, including guest services, operational performance, team leadership, and overall property management.
His appointment comes as the hotel continues to enhance its luxury positioning through upgraded guest experiences and refreshed accommodation offerings.
