Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited has launched two new resorts in Amba Ghat, Maharashtra and Bandhavgarh, Madhya Pradesh.
Portfolio expansion and growth targets
The two additions bring 159 keys to Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited’s portfolio. The launch supports the company’s FY26 target of adding 1,000 new rooms and its long-term plan of scaling to 12,000 keys by FY30.
The expansion strengthens the company’s presence across Western and Central India.

Development strategy
Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited continues to follow a capital-efficient and asset-light growth model.
The company is expanding through a mix of greenfield developments, management contracts, and flexible operating structures. This approach allows the brand to scale its portfolio while maintaining operational efficiency.
Resort details and experiences
The Club Mahindra Amba Ghat resort features 96 keys. The property offers river-facing apartments with the Kadvi River flowing through the site.
The Club Mahindra Bandhavgarh resort includes 63 keys. The property is designed as a nature-focused stay with verandas, outdoor decks, and forest views.
Both resorts are positioned to cater to travellers seeking nature-led and experiential stays.
