    Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels Dwarka New Delhi has appointed Shivam Singh as Marketing and Public Relations Manager, strengthening its brand positioning and communications strategy in the capital’s hospitality landscape. The appointment comes at a time when hotels in Delhi are increasingly focusing on integrated marketing, digital engagement, and brand storytelling to remain competitive across business and leisure segments.

    The appointment reinforces ITC’s organisational direction, contributing to executive movements in hotels.

    Shivam Singh Joins Welcomhotel Leadership Team

    The move reflects the property’s continued focus on building a strong communications framework that aligns with evolving guest expectations and supports its positioning as a preferred destination for corporate stays, leisure travel, and experiential hospitality.

    Leading Marketing and Brand Communications Strategy

    In his new role, Shivam Singh will lead the hotel’s integrated marketing communications, public relations initiatives, and brand collaborations. His responsibilities include strengthening media relations, enhancing digital storytelling, and driving targeted marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s identity and business objectives. He will also focus on guest engagement strategies designed to improve visibility and build stronger connections with both new and returning audiences.

    His role extends to positioning the hotel effectively within Delhi’s competitive hospitality ecosystem by ensuring consistent messaging across channels, including digital platforms, public relations outreach, and on-ground activations. This integrated approach is increasingly critical in driving both brand recall and revenue performance.

    Shivam Singh’s Professional Background in Hospitality Branding

    Shivam Singh brings experience in hospitality branding and communications, with a focus on public relations, marketing strategy, and guest engagement. His expertise lies in building brand narratives, managing reputation, and executing campaigns that enhance visibility and guest perception. His approach combines creative storytelling with structured marketing execution, enabling brands to connect more effectively with their target audiences.

    Experience Across Leading Hospitality Brands

    Prior to joining Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels Dwarka New Delhi, Shivam Singh has worked across multiple hospitality marketing and communications roles. He was part of the core pre-opening team for Radisson MG Road New Delhi, where he contributed to marketing initiatives during the hotel’s launch phase and helped shape its initial market positioning.

    During his association with Marriott International, he contributed to digital marketing performance across the APEC region, gaining exposure to large-scale, multi-market campaigns. He was also associated with the launch of ZAFFRAN at Renaissance Lucknow Hotel, where he supported pre-opening outreach through campaigns, events, and media engagement.

    Earlier in his career, his role as Assistant Manager at Holiday Inn added to his experience in brand building, public relations, and guest-focused marketing, further strengthening his understanding of hospitality communications.
