LaRiSa Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of a Hotel Management Agreement with Cornwall Hotels & Resorts for Landmark Rewa, further strengthening its presence in Central India and expanding its portfolio to 39 hotels across India.
The signing marks LaRiSa’s fourth property in Madhya Pradesh and reinforces the group’s strategy of growing through destination-driven hospitality offerings that celebrate the unique character of each location.
The agreement contributes to the hospitality sector’s pipeline growth, aligning with trends in hospitality expansion deals.Strengthening Presence in the Vindhya Region
Located in the heart of Rewa, the hotel serves as a gateway to the Vindhya region, an area known for its rich heritage, wildlife, natural beauty, and cultural significance.
Rewa is widely recognised as the land of the legendary white tiger and is home to attractions such as Rewa Fort, Baghel Museum, Govindgarh Palace, and some of Madhya Pradesh’s most scenic waterfalls. The destination continues to attract heritage enthusiasts, nature lovers, pilgrims, and leisure travellers.
Refurbishment and Relaunch Planned
The property will undergo refurbishment and upgrades to guest facilities before relaunching in 2026 under LaRiSa’s management.
Once completed, the hotel will feature upgraded guest rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, and a range of indoor and outdoor event venues designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers.
The hotel is positioned to become one of the leading full-service hospitality destinations in Rewa.
