Hilton Announces Leadership Appointment
Hilton has appointed Jason Kladidis as Cluster General Manager for two Seychelles properties: Hilton Seychelles Northolme Resort & Spa and DoubleTree by Hilton Seychelles – Allamanda Resort & Spa.
Kladidis brings 17 years of Hilton experience across six countries and three continents. He is recognized for his strong leadership, operational excellence, and ability to create a culture that prioritizes people. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening brand standards, enhancing guest experiences, and developing local talent.

Leadership Vision for Seychelles Properties

At DoubleTree by Hilton Seychelles – Allamanda Resort & Spa, he plans to highlight authentic Creole hospitality through local storytelling, sustainable tourism, and warm service that connects with travelers seeking value and comfort.

Career Highlights
Kladidis began his Hilton career through the company’s prestigious Elevator General Management Programme, gaining experience across key departments. He has held leadership roles in Cairo, Xi’an, Amsterdam, Addis Ababa, Ras Al Khaimah, and Abu Dhabi. Most recently, he served as Hotel Manager at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island.
His international exposure across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe has helped him build culturally diverse teams and drive consistent commercial growth. He holds a BSc in International Hospitality Management from the University of Surrey and speaks English and Greek, with basic knowledge of Mandarin and Dutch.
