    Strong Growth Momentum Across Asia

Accor has recorded significant progress in its Asian expansion, with over 230 hotels and nearly 60,000 keys currently in development across the region. This growth reflects the group’s strategic ability to capture opportunities in both established and emerging markets.

Expansion Led by Premium, Midscale, and Economy Brands

Accor’s Premium, Midscale, and Economy (PM&E) portfolio continues to drive growth. Conversion-friendly brands such as Mercure and Handwritten Collection are fueling strong signings, while ibis and ibis Styles strengthen Accor’s position in the economy segment. Premium brands including Pullman, Mövenpick, Grand Mercure, and Swissôtel are entering new high-demand destinations across Asia.

Sofitel Diamond Crown Hai Phong, opening in 2026, will bring French sophistication to Vietnam’s Diamond Crown complex. The debut of Mama Shelter Singapore in September 2025 marks another milestone for the brand in Asia.

    Leadership Perspective

Andrew Langdon, Chief Development Officer, Asia, Accor, said,

“We are confident of another record year of signings, marking an incredible third consecutive year of growth for Accor in Asia. Our momentum in 2025 reflects both the resilience of Asia’s travel and hospitality industry and the opportunities created by shifting market dynamics. By harnessing the strength of our diverse brand portfolio and deepening trusted partnerships with owners, we are well-positioned to continue leading the next era of hospitality in the region.”
