IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Kapil Vig as the General Manager of Crowne Plaza Lucknow, a significant property that marks IHG’s 50th hotel in India.
With nearly three decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Vig has held leadership positions across prestigious hotels within the IHG portfolio as well as other leading international hotel brands. His proven track record in operations, guest experience, and team leadership positions him perfectly to lead this milestone property.
Expressing his excitement about the new role, Mr. Vig said,
