IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Hotel Chetan International to develop two new properties within the KIADB Aerospace Park in Bengaluru. Scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2028, the project will feature a Crowne Plaza and a Holiday Inn Express, collectively adding over 420 keys to IHG’s growing presence in India.
Situated in Bengaluru’s largest industrial and aerospace hub, and just a short distance from Kempegowda International Airport, the hotels are strategically placed to cater to the needs of aerospace and technology companies, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), and corporate travelers. They will also serve visitors to the upcoming BCCI Centre of Excellence and National Cricket Academy, as well as guests from surrounding residential and commercial areas.

The Crowne Plaza Bengaluru KIADB Aerospace Park will offer a premium hospitality experience with 210 rooms, complemented by an all-day dining restaurant, specialty restaurant, lobby lounge, pool bar, and retail spaces. The property will also feature expansive meeting venues, including a ballroom, making it ideal for corporate events and conferences.
The Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru KIADB Aerospace Park, also with 210 rooms, will be designed to meet the needs of modern, time-conscious travelers. It will feature contemporary guest rooms, a fitness center, and convenient amenities for seamless stays, reflecting the brand’s focus on efficiency and comfort.
