Hyatt Place Butwal has appointed Sanjeev Napit as Finance Controller, bringing more than 13 years of experience in hospitality finance to the property. His career has covered hotel and lifestyle businesses, with experience across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and operational controls.
Napit has held finance positions with Haldiram International Foods Pvt. Ltd., Courtyard by Marriott, Fairfield by Marriott Belagavi and MHRS Jaisalmer. In his new role, he will oversee the finance function at Hyatt Place Butwal, including financial planning, reporting and operational controls.

To Lead Finance Operations
As Finance Controller, Napit will be responsible for the finance function at Hyatt Place Butwal. His responsibilities will include financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and maintaining operational controls across the property.
His previous experience covers several core areas of hotel finance, including financial audits, bank reconciliation and profit and loss management. He will apply this experience to the property’s financial operations while supporting business performance and financial discipline.
Brings More Than 13 Years of Hospitality Finance Experience
Napit began his career in April 2013 with Haldiram International Foods Pvt. Ltd. He subsequently moved into hotel finance with Courtyard by Marriott in Raipur, where he gained experience in hospitality finance operations.
In November 2019, he joined Fairfield by Marriott Belagavi as Assistant Manager. During his tenure, he worked across financial audits, bank reconciliation and profit and loss management, developing broader exposure to hotel financial processes.
Napit was appointed Finance Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Shillong in May 2023. In the role, he continued to build his experience in managing hotel finance functions and supporting the property’s financial operations.
Before joining Hyatt Place Butwal, he was working as Finance Manager at MHRS Jaisalmer. His career across these organisations has provided experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, team management and other areas of hotel finance.
