Career Built Across India’s Top Hotels
He began his career in 2015 at ITC Sonar where he developed core skills in guest engagement and service delivery. He later joined Taj Hotels as a Concierge Executive and earned the MD’s Club Award for achieving top guest satisfaction scores. His role at The St. Regis Mumbai marked a key milestone, where he worked on cross-selling initiatives and guest satisfaction and received the “Manager of the Year” title among 1,500 employees.

Leadership Across Marriott Hotels
In his roles at JW Marriott Kolkata and The Westin Pune, he demonstrated strong leadership and strategic clarity. He worked on revenue performance and guest satisfaction and guided the Rooms team at The Westin Pune to rank among APEC’s top five hotels for service and operational excellence.

At The Westin Resort and Spa Himalayas, he will oversee the complete Rooms Division with a focus on guest experience, revenue growth, and operational improvement. His goals include achieving record guest satisfaction scores, strengthening service delivery, and building a motivated, high-performing team.
