Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport has appointed Anish Ghadiyar as Food & Beverage Manager, bringing more than 12 years of hospitality experience across food and beverage operations, restaurant management, banqueting and revenue optimisation.
Ghadiyar joins from Novotel Hyderabad, where he served as Food & Beverage Manager. His professional experience includes leadership assignments across multiple Novotel properties in India.

In his new role, Ghadiyar will manage food and beverage operations at Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport, focusing on restaurant and banquet services, operational efficiency and guest experience.
His experience includes managing multiple dining outlets, coordinating large-scale events, controlling operational costs and leading food and beverage teams.
Previous Role at Novotel Hyderabad
Before joining Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport, Ghadiyar served as Food & Beverage Manager at Novotel Hyderabad, where he oversaw the hotel’s complete food and beverage operations.
His responsibilities covered restaurant and banquet management, departmental performance and service delivery.
His experience in multi-outlet operations includes revenue management, cost optimisation and team development.
Career Experience Across Novotel Properties
Ghadiyar’s hospitality career includes assignments with Novotel properties in Visakhapatnam, Pune and Hyderabad.
Across these properties, he held progressive leadership responsibilities involving food and beverage operations, large-scale events, revenue growth and operational improvements.

Early Career with Accor Asia Pacific
Ghadiyar began his hospitality career with Accor Asia Pacific through the Accor General Management Trainee Program.
His professional development subsequently included food and beverage leadership positions within the Novotel brand.
He also has an interest in beverage innovation, particularly developing new concepts and improving guest experiences through beverage offerings.
