She brings more than 13 years of experience in sales, including nearly 12 years in the hospitality industry, with expertise spanning business development, strategic account management and client relationships.
Kapoor’s career includes roles with The Bloom Hotel Group, Grand Hyatt Mumbai, Hotel Sahara Star, The Lalit Hotels, The Park Hotels and Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport. Her experience covers corporate and MICE sales, key account management, revenue generation and sales team management.
The appointment contributes to the hospitality sector’s organisational evolution, aligning with executive movements in hotels.
Leading Sales and Business Development
In her new role, Kapoor will focus on sales and business development for Eco Hotels & Resorts. Her responsibilities will include developing corporate and MICE relationships, strengthening key accounts, identifying new business opportunities and supporting revenue generation.

Her professional journey has included associations with The Bloom Hotel Group, Grand Hyatt Mumbai, Hotel Sahara Star, The Lalit Hotels, The Park Hotels and Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport.
Across these roles, she has worked across sales, business development, sales and marketing, strategic account management and client relationship management.

Her experience includes managing corporate and MICE segments, key accounts and business territories. Kapoor has also worked with portfolios involving associations, event management companies, international markets and educational institutions.
