Himanshu Kala brings over 13 years of hospitality experience across luxury, business, boutique luxury, and MICE hotel environments. His expertise includes Rooms Division operations, guest experience management, operational execution, and team leadership.
In his new role, Himanshu Kala will oversee all aspects of the Rooms Division at JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity, including front office operations, housekeeping, guest accommodation services, and overall service delivery.

Experience and Background
Prior to joining JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity, Himanshu Kala served as Director of Rooms at Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield, where he led Rooms Division operations and guest accommodation functions. Before that, he held the same position at Hyatt Regency Kolkata.
His hospitality experience spans multiple operating formats, including luxury hotels, business properties, boutique luxury environments, and MICE-focused hotels. This exposure has given Himanshu Kala experience in managing varied guest expectations, operational complexities, and service delivery standards across different hospitality segments.
