Walsh joined Atlantis Dubai in August 2023 as Director of Sales and has since played a pivotal role in expanding the resorts’ presence across the UK, Europe, and Australasia. His leadership has been central to aligning the sales approach with the overall commercial vision of Atlantis. His promotion highlights the impact he has delivered in just one year.
During this time, Walsh directed a global leisure sales team of 15 professionals, focusing on driving revenue growth and capturing greater market share. By strategically targeting high-value leisure segments, he elevated the resorts’ profile in competitive international markets. His results-driven leadership has ensured that Atlantis balances ambitious growth with sustainable market penetration.
As Executive Director of Sales, Walsh will now oversee the complete leisure sales strategy across both domestic and global markets. His expanded remit includes managing regional Directors and Managers while ensuring all efforts support Atlantis Dubai’s revenue objectives, guest satisfaction, and brand positioning. Walsh will report directly to Vice President of Sales, Kyp Charalambous, and play a decisive role in leading sales execution.

His career includes senior sales and marketing roles at respected global brands such as InterContinental, One&Only Resorts, Viceroy, W Hotels, and Jumeirah. In each role, he demonstrated the ability to build high-performing teams, deliver consistent results, and create sustainable partnerships across international markets.
