The Westin Pushkar Resort & Spa has appointed Amita Singh Rana as its new Director of Sales, bringing over 17 years of robust hospitality experience to the luxury property. Amita is well-versed in sales, marketing, and revenue growth across competitive markets.
Throughout her career, Amita has led impactful sales strategies across the Gurugram and Delhi markets, driving business expansion with a focus on building strong client relationships. She previously held the role of Director of Sales – Banquets at both Lemon Tree Hotel & Red Fox Hotel & Convention Centre, Gurgaon, where her exemplary performance earned her the distinguished “Champion of the Year Award” for the fiscal year 2023-24.
Her career journey also includes leadership roles at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon (pre-opening), Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi, DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon, and with Bestech Hospitality (under the Radisson and Park Plaza brands). Additionally, she has completed the Future GM Turnstile Leaders Program offered by Harappa Education—an initiative aimed at grooming future hospitality leaders.
In her new role at The Westin Pushkar, Amita will oversee all sales operations across various segments, including MICE, weddings, and corporate business. Known for her strategic outlook, negotiation prowess, and talent for forging enduring client partnerships, she is poised to drive sustainable growth for the resort.
