Chef Kalam’s professional journey spans a wide range of global cuisines, including French, Mediterranean, Italian, and Indian. He has held key culinary positions at leading hospitality brands such as The Lalit Hotels, The Raintree Hotel, Taj Hotels, Shangri-La, and Hilton. His work has taken him to multiple destinations, including Chennai, Bangalore, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia.

His tenure across luxury city hotels and international properties has refined his ability to deliver both authentic regional dishes and globally inspired creations, incorporating modern techniques and refined presentation.
