Crowne Plaza Greater Noida has unveiled an all-new menu at Spice Art, its signature Indian fine dining restaurant, introducing a refreshed culinary experience inspired by the timeless flavours of Awadhi and Mughlai cuisine. Curated by Chef Vijay, the new menu combines traditional recipes with contemporary presentation, offering guests an immersive journey through India’s royal culinary heritage.
The launch reinforces the hotel’s commitment to celebrating authentic regional cuisine while delivering refined dining experiences.
A Celebration of India’s Royal Kitchens
Known for its elegant ambience and live ghazal performances, Spice Art draws inspiration from the royal kitchens of Lucknow, Delhi, and Punjab. The newly introduced menu showcases classic Awadhi and Mughlai recipes prepared using traditional spice blends and time-honoured cooking techniques.
Guests can begin their meal with signature appetisers such as Dahi Ke Kebab, Bhuna Masala Paneer Tikka, Badami Murgh Chandi Kebab, and Nimbu Neem Ki Tawa Fish, followed by soups including Tamatar Chakunder Shorba and Murgh Pudina Ka Ark.
The main course features an extensive selection of regional favourites, including Dal Spice Art, Martaban Ka Paneer, Subz Panchratan Masala, Nawabi Pasanda, Chaap-e-Awadh, Nalli Nihari, Dilli-6 Murgh Korma, Murgh Tikka Makhan Masala, Sarson Wali Macchi, and Saunfyani Kadhai Jhinga. The dining experience is complemented by aromatic biryanis, freshly baked Indian breads such as Sheermal and Roghni Naan, and traditional desserts including Khubani Ka Meetha and Shahi Meetha.
Handcrafted Mocktails Inspired by Indian Flavours
Adding to the experience, the restaurant has also introduced a selection of handcrafted mocktails inspired by Indian ingredients and traditions.
Mehmaan Nawazi combines orange juice, sweet peach, and a subtle touch of house-made pickle to create a distinctive sweet, tangy, and savoury beverage inspired by India’s tradition of hospitality. Jamun Jashn blends jamun, basil, lavender, black salt, and Sprite, offering a refreshing drink with floral and fruity notes.
