Bengaluru, 29 October 2026: Brigade Group reported total income of ₹1,250 crore for Q2 FY27, compared with ₹1,430 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. Profit before tax (PBT) increased 47% year-on-year to ₹288 crore, against ₹196 crore in Q2 FY26.
Real estate sales during the quarter stood at ₹1,827 crore, covering a sales volume of 1.3 million sq. ft. The company also reported EBITDA of ₹478 crore, compared with ₹375 crore in the year-ago quarter, while profit after tax (PAT) rose to ₹219 crore from ₹170 crore.

Q2 FY27 Consolidated Financial Performance
Brigade Group reported revenue of ₹1,250 crore in Q2 FY27, compared with ₹1,430 crore in Q2 FY26. EBITDA increased to ₹478 crore from ₹375 crore, while PBT grew to ₹288 crore from ₹196 crore. PAT stood at ₹219 crore, compared with ₹170 crore in the corresponding period last year.
Collections during the quarter amounted to ₹1,633 crore.
Segment-wise Performance
Real Estate
Real estate revenue stood at ₹760 crore, with EBITDA of ₹175 crore, representing a 59% increase over Q2 FY26. The segment recorded an EBITDA margin of 23%.
During the quarter, Brigade launched projects covering 2.4 million sq. ft., with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of approximately ₹3,000 crore.
Leasing
Revenue from leasing stood at ₹329 crore, while EBITDA increased 9% year-on-year to ₹242 crore, with a margin of 74%.
Occupancy across the leasing portfolio stood at 90% as of September 2026. The completion of two projects, Brigade Square and Arcadia at Brigade Cornerstone Utopia, added 0.27 million sq. ft. of leasable space.
Hospitality
The hospitality segment reported revenue of ₹161 crore in Q2 FY27. EBITDA stood at ₹59 crore, marking a 41% increase over the corresponding quarter last year, with a margin of 37%.
H1 FY27 Consolidated Financial Performance
For the first half of FY27, Brigade Group reported total revenue of ₹2,429 crore, compared with ₹2,763 crore in H1 FY26. EBITDA increased to ₹903 crore from ₹750 crore, while PBT rose to ₹572 crore from ₹389 crore.
PAT for H1 FY27 stood at ₹436 crore, against ₹328 crore in the corresponding period last year. Collections during the six-month period amounted to ₹3,489 crore.
