Mercure Lucknow Gomti Nagar has appointed Divya Bhadauria as People & Culture Manager, effective 13 July 2026, strengthening its leadership team with an experienced human resources professional focused on talent development and employee engagement.
With over 10 years of experience in hospitality human resources, Bhadauria joins the Accor-managed property to lead its people strategy, fostering a workplace culture aligned with the brand’s values and guest-centric approach.

As People & Culture Manager, Divya Bhadauria will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s human resources function, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, payroll coordination, employee relations, HR administration, and statutory compliance.
She will also be responsible for enhancing the overall employee experience, strengthening talent development initiatives, and supporting the growth of the hotel’s workforce in line with Mercure Hotels and Accor’s people-first philosophy.
More Than a Decade of Hospitality HR Experience
Divya Bhadauria brings over 10 years of experience in hospitality human resources, having worked with several leading hotel brands across Lucknow.
Prior to joining Mercure Lucknow Gomti Nagar, she served as Human Resources Manager at Renaissance Lucknow Hotel, part of Marriott International, where she managed recruitment, onboarding, training programmes, payroll coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she held human resources roles with Clarks Avadh Lucknow, Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow, and Saraca Lucknow, gaining extensive experience in talent management, organisational development, and employee relations.
She has further strengthened her professional expertise through certifications including Marriott International Ignite Train the Trainer, Certified Departmental Trainer (CDT), and Embark Certified Professional.
